We specialize in 50+ species of high-quality lumber from all over the world. Here you will find any kind of woods: Domestic and Exotic Hardwoods, Softwoods, Tropical, Asian and African species and much more.

At Tropical Forest Products, we source our lumber products from several different channels. As direct importers, we work closely with trusted suppliers and sawmills around the world to ensure that we are offering the highest quality wood products to our customers. Our commitment to responsible forestry practices means that we only source wood from well-managed forests that prioritize sustainability and protect biodiversity. 

We have established industry-leading programs to verify timber legality through a chain-of-custody auditing process from the forest floor to your door, such as our Due Care Legal Lumber™ Environmental Compliance Certification Program. Products bearing the Legal Lumber™ label meet a set of standards, policies, and requirements for controlled wood, chain-of-custody, life cycle impact, and due care. The highest possible. All hardwood species are First Export Quality (FEQ), which is a grading standard used in the wood industry for high-quality hardwood lumber. However, we also carry our own premium brand called Black Label. This brand offers Class A premium architectural grades with no imperfections on all sides of the wood. Call us to learn more about our grades. 

Generally, we focus on large commercial projects such as decking, boardwalks, cladding, and rainscreens. However, we also sell wholesale to fulfill the needs of retailers. No project is too big for us.

Yes, we offer delivery services for all of our products to the U.S. and Canada. Our delivery fees vary based on the size and weight of the order and the distance to the delivery location. 

Tropical Forest Products does not have a minimum order size or quantity for delivery. However, keep in mind that we are a lumber distributor so our lead times and prices might not be the very best ones for smaller projects. 

Typically, Tropical Forest Products fulfills orders within 3-7 business days. However, depending on product availability, order size and distance of the freight, lead times might be affected. 

Yes, we offer custom cuts and sizes for our lumber products. The cost for this service varies based on the specific product and the amount of customization required. Please contact our customer service team for a quote. 

Absolutely. We house a large variety of technical bulletins to help dealers, builders, designers, and architects to install our products with the proper guidance. Visit our Resource Library or ask our sales representatives. 

Yes, we are the go-to experts when it comes to forest products. From specification language to submittal documentation, we have you covered. 

Our warranties vary according to the product and application. For example, Tropical Forest Products warrants that Black Label Decking will be free from mechanical failure due to rot from the date of completion of the product installation for a period of 25 years for Class 1 Durability rated wood species under specific conditions. Please note that errors during installation may cause the contractor to lose the warranty. Tropical Forest Products' regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. While we do not offer weekend or after-hours services at this time, our website is available 24/7 for orders and inquiries.
